Our services are not limited to simply giving planning and design advice; they will also give your planning application the best representation and presentation at every stage of the approval process. Our planning consultants know how best to present your planning application to Local Planning Authorities and at Development Control Committee meetings where required.

As well as providing CAD drawings for all planning applications, supporting Artist Impressions and Computer Generated Images (CGI) of proposed developments can also be supplied.

The Architects Corporation operates under a ‘no job to small’ strategy. Each of our clients is awarded the same personal resources and service.

Following our initial free consultation with you, a fixed fee proposal will be issued for your approval.

A fixed fee for our services means no hidden extras, or additional hourly charges!

Perhaps the most frequently asked question we are asked by clients beginning their planning application process is ‘How long ?’

A time line is shown which provides a guide to the timescales involved with most residential applications; the time scale involved with larger scale developments is longer and is proportionate to the scale of the proposal.

Pre-Planning applications are becoming increasingly encouraged by Local Planning Authorities prior to a full planning application being submitted. A planning officer’s views with regard to your proposed works are provided prior a full planning application being submitted.

We will provide advice as to whether the submission of a pre-planning application is required for your project.
